PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock absorption structure for a vehicle that exhibits sufficient shock absorption capability assuredly and stably regardless of the size of installation space. SOLUTION: A plurality of first ribs 14a and second ribs 14b arranged in a lattice shape are placed integrally on a substrate 12 and there are provided hole portions 20 each of which passes through the substrate 12 on a portion of the substrate 12 including a crossover corresponding part where a crossover 18 of one of the first ribs 14a and one of the second ribs 14b cross each other or a portion where the crossover 18 is in contact with the substrate 12.
