PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perforating apparatus, which does not clog perforated holes with chips, and is excellent in manipulability. SOLUTION: The perforating apparatus comprises a punching cutter 1 having a hollow passage 11 formed so as to make perforated chips pass therethrough, and a vibrator 2 for making the punching cutter vibrate almost in its advancing and receding direction D1. Further, perforated chip discharging ports 42a for sequentially discharging the perforated chips received in the hollow passage are formed in a portion or a member other than the punching cutter 1.
