PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finishing apparatus with which the burr of a through-hole in a product formed by casting etc., can be removed, the upper surface surrounding the through-hole can be finished and also the edge part of the product can be finished. SOLUTION: The finishing apparatus for a product 1 having a through-hole 5 is provided with: a work receiving table 12 for laying the product 1; an upper die pad member 25 having a fitting hole 29 opening downward and used for fixing the product 1 together with the work receiving table 12 and vertically movable; a columnar punch pin 30 having at the lower end part an inserting shaft part 32 to be inserted into the through-hole 5 and a finishing surface 33 formed on the lower surface around the inserting shaft part and engaged rotatably and vertically movably with the fitting hole 29; and a driver pin 23b and an inclining groove part 31 serving as the driver means for rotating and vertically moving the punch pin 30.
