PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic resin solution used for dyeing rush, non-discoloring color ceramic rush, ceramic tatami facing, non-discoloring color tatami facing using the resin solution and to provide tatami and other mattings using them and further to provide a method for using the ceramic resin solution. SOLUTION: Rush is dipped in a ceramic pigment resin solution which is blended by adding solvents, a synthetic resin polyurethane acrylic acetic acid vinyl, an adhesion enhancer and water enhancer to a conjugated ceramic having antibacterial and deodorizing functions. The rush excellent in antibacteria, deodorization, refractory, light-proof and durability is prepared after drying. The tatami facing, face figuared rush mats and mattings which are prepared by using ordinal unprocessed rush, are coated with the ceramic pigment resin solution by using a coating machine or an electrostatic coating machine, and the non-discoloring color ceramic tatami facing, face figuared rush mats and mattings are prepared.
