PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage drying treatment machine capable of drying garbage for a short time while suppressing an exhaust smell by improving such a defect that the advance of drying becomes slow when the generation quantity of vapor in the treatment tank of a steam circulating pipeline type garbage drying treatment machine is reduced and such a defect that the exhaust smell becomes intensive in the time zone much in the generation quantity of vapor of an air supply/discharge pipeline type garbage drying treatment machine. SOLUTION: In the garbage drying treatment machine having a treatment tank for drying garbage, a condenser for condensing the vapor discharged from the treatment tank and a blower for sending air into the treatment tank, an open air temperature detection sensor attached to an arbitrary place and the exhaust temperature detection sensor attached to the cooling air exhaust port of the condenser are provided, and the treatment tank, the condenser and the blower are connected by a vapor circulating pipeline. A three-port valve is arranged to the vapor circulating pipeline to change over the vapor circulating pipeline to an air supply/discharge pipeline for performing the suction of the open air and the discharge of vapor.
