PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a sandal in which no twist suddenly acts on an ankle and moreover which has a function to bend the heel of a foot inward. SOLUTION: The sandal has a cushioning property and stability, changes gently if more than constant force is applied (for example if a person stands up or walks with wearing the sandal), and is formed so that by loading between the upper leather of the heel of the sandal and a heel stand a shock absorption spacer using a material which gently reverts to its original form if no force is applied, the inside of a heel part falls gently by being compressed by weight when the sandal is worn.
