PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow in which a balance between a head supporting part and a neck supporting part can be adjusted. SOLUTION: The pillow 1 has a head support 4 filled with a filler and a neck support 2 filled with a filler independently from the head support 4 and formed to be longer than the head support 4. For at least the neck support 2, the density of the filler can be adjusted. In the pillow 1, by adjusting the density of the filler of the neck support 2 independent from the filler of the head support 4, the hardness and/or the height of the neck support 2 can be adjusted.
