In order to better control injection moulding by an injection piston (2a) within an injection device (2) in spite of a continuously rotating plasticizing screw (1a) of a plasticizing device (1) a rotatable valve (4) is movable from a closing position, in which no plasticized material is being transferred from the injection device (2) back into the space (3a) of an accumulator (3) for plasticized material, into an open position, in which plasticized pastic material is allowed to be transferred from said space (3a) into the injection device (2), and that the rotation movement of said additional valve (4) is controlled by external signals.
