A cleaner (C1) for an optical magnetic disk device, comprising a cartridge (4), a disk (1), an adhesive sheet (2) stuck on the disk (1), a clamping disk (3), and a shutter (5), wherein the clamping disk (3) is rotatably stored in the cartridge (4), and the disk (1) is fixed to the cartridge (4) at a position apart from the clamping disk (3), whereby an optical head (17) can be safely cleaned and the spattering of dirt on the optical magnetic disk device (P1) can be avoided.
