摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell which shows a high performance on various performance such as operating temperature, fuel cell performance, and fuel utilization rate, and to provide an electrode material which has a composition and structural gradient for realizing the fuel cell having the above excellent performance, and to provide a manufacturing method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell 10 comprises at least one electrode 16, 18 that is arranged so as to be able to operate in the fuel cell 10 and has a catalyst action surface.
