<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-wheeled vehicle capable of holding a car body at a stable attitude by assisting the wheels at an operation irregular time without damaging maneuverability at a normal operation time. <P>SOLUTION: When any irregularity is detected in the two-wheeled vehicle, engagement of a projecting part 47 with a recessed part 46 is released by an auxiliary wheel actuator 114, and a first auxiliary wheel 41 jumps out toward a road surface 30 integrally with a shaft section 44 by an energizing force of a coil spring 45.
