<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new battery cooling device different from a conventional one, and to surely cool a battery. <P>SOLUTION: When a battery temperature Tb is set above a predetermined temperature, a blowing direction of at least the air blown into the interior from an air conditioner 200 is directed toward an air inlet 131 with the air conditioner 200 set in an outside air introduction mode. Thereby, the air blown out from the air conditioner 200 can surely be introduced into this battery cooling device 100. Accordingly, since the battery 110 can surely be cooled, the life of the battery 110 is prevented from being degraded, and the necessity of increasing the air blasting amount to the battery 110 in order to secure sufficient cooling ability is reduced, so that problems of increase of air blasting noise and the life degradation of a blower 140 can be solved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
