<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food and drink freshness management system that can appropriately recover food and drink by correctly measuring the water content of the food and drink. <P>SOLUTION: The food and drink freshness management system serves dishes 5 on which food and drink such as Sushi S are placed to dining guests by means of circular transport routes 1a, 1b and 1c, manages freshness corresponding to the kinds of the Sushi S by precisely timely carrying out a recovery by measuring the individual water contents of the Sushi S circularly transported with a near infrared moisture meter 10, compared with standard moisture reference values of the kinds of the food and drink and registering and managing the moisture measurement data of each piece of the Sushi S. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
