<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed board which can certainly and easily be fixed to a ferrite element. <P>SOLUTION: This printed board mounts a connector for communicating with another printed board or an external apparatus, and comprises the ferrite element enclosing the periphery of the connector and press fittings fixed to the printed board by soldering. The ferrite element is interposed between the press fittings and the printed board to be fixed.
