PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power module strong for vibration and securing a predetermined creepage distance for insulation and clearance for insulation by adopting a terminal structure using a pin header having a complete inner system locking function strong for vibration for tension or transverse bending, and characterizing the pin header to keep the required creepage distance for insulation and clearance for insulation.
