PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film realizing a good hand cutting property owned by a cellophane paper sheet and providing excellent mechanical properties, heat resistance, damp proofing property, transparency and a secondary processability of a polyester film with industrial stability. SOLUTION: The laminated biaxially stretched polyester film has respectively at least each one of an amorphous polyester resin layer and a crystalline polyester resin layer wherein the thickness of the amorphous polyester resin layer is 20-95% of the whole thickness of the laminated polyester film and an intrinsic viscosity of the crystalline polyester resin is 0.30-0.57.
