PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing electronic parts having an internal electrode such as a laminate ceramic capacitor capable of effectively suppressing the deterioration of an electrostatic capacity. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing electronic parts having an internal electrode comprises a process for burning a green chip formed by laminating a green sheet to which an electrode layer formed with a predetermined pattern by a film thinning method is bonded with another green sheet. The electrode layer containing alloy having nickel (Ni) and tungsten (W) where the content of those respective components is Ni: 80 to 100 mol.% (excluding 100 mol.%) and W: 0 to 20 mol.% (excluding 0 mol.%) with thickness ranging from 0.1 to 1μm is used to burn the green chip at temperatures ranging from 1,000 to 1,300°C in an atmosphere having oxygen partial pressures of 10<SP>-14</SP>to 10<SP>-8</SP>Pa. Thus, it is possible to provide electronic parts having an internal electrode such as a laminate ceramic capacitor capable of effectively suppressing the deterioration of an electrostatic capacity.
