PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Ni base alloy suitable to piping, structural material and constituting member used for an atomic power station or a chemical plant. SOLUTION: This Ni base alloy is specified to the chemical component of C, Si, Mn, P, S, Cr, Ni, Al and Ti, etc., and has a crystal structure having≥4% low angle boundary rate in the crystal boundary. A cold-working is applied to the alloy having this composition and the working degree in the finish cold-working, is made to be≥60% cross-section-reducing ratio, or in the case of defining Rd (%) for cross-section-reducing ratio of the working degree in the final cold-working and T (°C) for the temperature of a final solid solution heat treatment, expressions (1) and (2) are satisfied.
