1-BUTENE-BASED POLYMER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 1-butene-based polymer having a wide molecular weight distribution and corresponding to high-speed molding; and to provide a method for producing the polymer. SOLUTION: The 1-butene-based polymer satisfies the following conditions (1) to (4): (1) being a crystalline resin the melting point (Tm-P) of which defined by a peak top of a peak observed at the highest temperature in a melting heat-absorbing curve obtained by using a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), and raising the temperature by 10°C/min after melting the crystal at 190°C for 5 min in a nitrogen atmosphere is not observed or is within a range of 0-100°C; (2) having≤20 tacticity index (mmmm)/[(mmrr)+(rmmr)]; (3) having 0.1-4.0 dl/g intrinsic viscosity [η]; and (4) having≥4.0 molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) measured by a gel permeation chromatography (GPC).
