PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress vibration transmitted to a shielding cover situated at the vibrating part of a vehicle and reduce the generation of noise at a vehicle. SOLUTION: A cover mounting part to mount the shielding cover on the vibration part and effect supporting forms the mounting structure of the shielding cover to support the shielding cover in a state that the shielding cover does not make direct support with the vibration part in a way that a magnetic floating means being a part of the vibration part and floated from an engaging part, brought into a position relation where it is opposed to the cover mounting part, by a magnetic force.
