METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CRYSTALLIZATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for crystallization which realizes production of a crystal having an average particle diameter larger than before, in a so-called neutralization crystallization method. SOLUTION: The method for crystallization comprises: introducing a raw material solution of an organic acid salt to a reaction vessel 2 as a raw solution for reaction; supplying an acid to the raw material solution of the organic acid salt from a dropping tube 10 to thereby once precipitate a desired organic acid crystal; supplying a base into the reaction vessel 2 from another dropping tube 15 to dissolve a part of the precipitated crystal; and further supplying an acid from the dropping tube 10 to crystallize the organic acid.
