A method and apparatus for improving safety at a work site are disclosed. A digital camera is used to take a first image of a portion of a work site subsequent to work being carried out at that work site. At least one parameter of the image is compared with a corresponding parameter from a second predetermined image and responsive to that comparison a decision is taken whether potentially unsafe work has been carried out at the work site. |
