CARGO MANAGEMENT SYSTEM RETENTION DEVICE

There is provided a method and a cargo management system retention device for a vehicle having a tie-down apparatus with a tie-down bar. The retention device comprises a body having a tie-down bar and a bezel, and a lever including a tang. The lever is rotably coupled to the body with a pivot pin. The bezel and tang each engage at least a portion of the tie-down bar of the tie-down apparatus on the vehicle.
