The invention relates to a mechanical hour and minute display device. The inventive device comprises four disks (1, 2, 3, 4), namely two disks (1, 2) for displaying tens and units of hours respectively and two disks (3, 4) for displaying tens and units of minutes respectively, each of said disks being solidly connected to a toothed wheel which is in turn connected to a jumper. The aforementioned toothed wheels (25, 14), which are solidly connected to the two disks (2, 4) used to display the units of hours and minutes respectively, are also connected to respective pivot mechanisms (8, 10, 20) which are pressed by elastic means (16, 21) against respective cam elements with instantaneous jumps (7, 19). The invention also comprises connection means (14a, 17a, 24b) which are disposed between the cam elements (7, 19) and the toothed wheels (17, 26) that are solidly connected to the disks of tens of minutes and hours (3, 1) respectively and said connection means connect the toothed wheels (17, 26) to the respective cam elements with instantaneous jumps (7, 19) with each change of the above-mentioned tens. |
