<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the confirmation of information capable of being browsed and the search of information to be desirably browsed. <P>SOLUTION: A file display area 28 displays a TV program and a list display area 27 displays a channel list 27a respectively in an area 24. Further, an area 35 displays a list 37 of introduction information of files with a category among categories such as recorded program files registered in a library, a moving picture file and a still picture file from a camera, when the introduction information 21 is clicked, a file display area 28 displays the image of a corresponding file, and a list display area 27 displays the file list of the category.
