<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide easy to be captured visually and to be understood by everyone, by displaying a route, which is guided only by a name and only imaged on a map conventionally, with a general view of a real building, a road width and a general view of an intersection, using a photograph data representing real scene. <P>SOLUTION: The photograph representing real scene is registered preliminarily in addition to a guide content about usual map information and destinations, to display the photograph representing real scene of the assigned destination. The actual photograph in a prescribed position is also displayed in a midway of the route up to the destination. The guide content is thereby transmitted visually to a user. A slide system, for example, is used as a method of the display for the actual photograph.
