PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine in which complicated attaching work of a guide rail is alleviated, work for moving an outer guide rail is saved to improve work efficiency of game board exchange and further, a front frame main body is simplified to reduce production costs. SOLUTION: The pinball game machine is provided with a front frame body 2a where a game board 5 is disposed; cover members 31, 32 which are mounted to be exchangeable on the front face of the front frame body 2a while surrounding a play part 5a of the game board 5 and which have rail guiding parts 33 molded on their inner circumferential surfaces, and an outer guide rail 15 mounted on the rail guiding part 33 by fixing only its starting and ending terminal parts on the predetermined positions of the cover members 31, 32.
