PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized non-reciprocal circuit element at a low cost with a small number of parts. SOLUTION: This non-reciprocal circuit element is provided with: a flat-shape ferrite member 4; first, second and third central conductors 5, and 7 provided on different surfaces in a vertical direction with a dielectric substance 8 therebetween while comprising conductor parts 5a-7a a part of which crosses to one another in the vertical direction; a magnet 2; a first yoke 1; a second yoke 3 constituting a magnetic closed circuit together with the first yoke 1; and capacitors C1-C3 connected to connection parts 5c-7c of the central conductors 5-7. The connection parts 5c-7c and a terminal 7 of a metal material are firmly fixed while connected, while the latter is protruded outward, to an upper electrode part 22 formed on the upper surface of an insulation plate 21 of the capacitors C1-C3, so that a conventional resin case is made unnecessary.
