PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a monitoring system for improving the visibility of a monitored image and the operability of a monitoring camera and obtaining sufficient reliability. SOLUTION: This monitoring system using the monitoring camera is respectively separately provided with a monitor display device for displaying video of the monitoring camera and a touch panel type operating device having an operation screen for operating the monitoring camera by a screen touch operation.
