MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF POLYURETHANE FOAM SHEET AND LAYERED SHEET USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process of a polyurethane foam sheet and a layered sheet using the same, wherein the polyurethane foam sheet is applicable as an artificial leather, synthetic leather, cushion material and the like which are usable in various applications.

SOLUTION: A liquid mixture, which is obtained by blending a heat melted hot-melt polyurethane prepolymer (A) having an isocyanate group on its terminal with a compound (B) having at least two active hydrogen atom containing radicals, is applied on a substrate in sheet form; and the resulting sheet-like liquid mixture is brought into contact with steam or moisture (water) to blister by water so that the polyurethane foam sheet is manufactured. The layered sheet is manufactured by pasting a third substrate to the polyurethane foam sheet.
