AUTOMATIC TRANSIENT PHENOMENON EVALUATION DEVICE, METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and precisely evaluate the response quantity of a process signal itself from a process signal including fluctuation or noises.

SOLUTION: Time series digital signals after the fluctuation of the transient phenomenon of a process signal is removed are inputted to an initial data calculating means 12 to calculate initial data necessary for evaluating the transient phenomenon. Then, an evaluation point calculating means 13 calculates an evaluation point necessary for evaluating the transient phenomenon based on the time series digital signal, the signal change rate of the time series digital signal and the initial data calculated by the initial data calculating means 12. An evaluation item response quantity calculating means 14 calculates the response quantity corresponding to the evaluation item of the transient phenomenon from the evaluation point calculated by the evaluation point calculating means 13. Thus, it is possible to automatically and precisely evaluate the response quantity of the process signal itself.
