PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a driver to easily get at an operating section and operate it without breaking down the driving attitude.

SOLUTION: The operating section 11 is disposed in an operation lever 3 located near a steering wheel of a vehicle. Hazard is displayed by operating the operating section 11. Thus, the driver easily gets at the operating section 11 and can operate it without breaking down the driving attitude. In this case, the display of the hazard when the operating section 11 is operated is repeated only by a predetermined number. Therefore, stopping of the display of the hazard requires no operation of the operating section 11.
