PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass ceramic substrate that is provided with a ferrite layer with high permeability and is stable and high in noise absorption characteristic. SOLUTION: In the glass ceramic substrate, a wiring conductor 4 and a ferrite layer 3 made of ferrite and glass of one mass percentage or less covering its upper and lower surfaces are formed on at least either of the inside and the surface of an insulation substrate 1 made of glass ceramics sintered body between the ferrite layer 3 and the insulation substrate 1. An insulation layer 2 of 10μm or more in thickness contains a filler having a larger thermal expansion coefficient than that included in the insulation substrate 1, and a glass having a larger thermal expansion coefficient than that included in the insulation substrate 1 is interposed. Thus, stable and high permeability can be obtained in the ferrite layer 3 and noises to the wiring conductor 4 can effectively absorbed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
