PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a magnifying glass to be detachably mounted to a dental treatment hand piece so that a dental practitioner can observe an operating site precisely. SOLUTION: The magnifying glass consists of a clip member 2 detachably mounted on the hand piece 1 for dental treatment, and a lens member 3 detachably mounted on the clip member 2. In addition, the clip member 2 and the lens member 3 are detachably connected by means of a ball joint 4, so that the lens can be directed in the desired direction, and furthermore, the lens can be replaced with the one with desired magnification.
