PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a plastic magnet using polyamide resin as a binder and widely used in various fields tends to easily crack after combined with a metallic part and insert-molded. SOLUTION: The crack problem is considered due to the difference in heat shrinkage factor between the metal and the resin. To solve the problem, magnetic powder is dispersed into polyamide/polyolefin alloy resin. As a result, crack resulting from the insert-molding can be avoided while suppressing the cost.
