PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered aluminium electrolytic capacitor in which the size is reduced furthermore by eliminating the margin of a separator. SOLUTION: The layered aluminium electrolytic capacitor comprises an aluminium electrolytic capacitor element stacking an anode foil, a cathode foil and an interposed separator, external lead-out terminals bonded, respectively, to the anode foil and the cathode foil of the capacitor element and led out to the outside of a containing case, and lead terminals connected, respectively, with these external lead-out terminals, all of which are encased in the containing case being sealed hermetically. The separator 4 is folded to the inside of the stack at least at two positions to wrap the anode foil 2 (or the cathode foil) at least partially. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
