PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support structure for a continuously variable transmission in which lubricating oil passing property is improved, differential slip of a needle roller is suppressed, and the strength durability is enhanced, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: In the support structure for the continuously variable transmission, the rotation of input shafts (a primary shaft 101 and a shaft 101a) is continuously changed and transmitted to an output shaft (a secondary shaft 103). A thrust needle roller bearing 1 under the thrust load generated by the rotation of any one of the input shafts and the output shaft has needle rollers 2a and 2b arranged in two rows.
