PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the dew condensation of a part exposed from the surface of timber (a foundation and a column or the like) of a metal article part such as a bolt, a nut, a nail or joint hardware or the like used for a wooden house by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The surface of the part of the metal-made article 4 exposed to the surface of the timber 2 for the wooden house is coated with a sheet piece 5 having weatherability, heat insulating efficiency and non-vapor permeability adhered to the surface of the timber by surrounding the part.
