PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door body capable of easily seaprating a core material from a reinforcing material, and to provide a separating method the reinforcing material from the door body. SOLUTION: A stile 1 forming a door frame 100 includes a frame body 10 framed by using a main core material 12 and an sub-core material 14 and surface materials 32 and 34 provided on both sides of the frame body 10. A gap of the frame body 10 is filled with a paper core 30. The metal reinforcing material 20 is mounted along the longitudinal direction of the main core material 12. The reinforcing material 20 is formed in a belt-shape, and the bottom thereof is engaged with a groove 12a formed on the main core material 12. However, there is no need to press the reinforcing material 20 in the groove 12a. The reinforcing material 20 is mounted to the main core material 12 with a screw 22, and the reinforcing material can be easily separated from the main core material 12 by removing the screw 22.
