PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-soluble natural film containing chitosan which has high quality and high functionality and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The water-soluble natural film comprises 20-99.98 wt.% of an immunity-enhanced water-soluble chitosan prepared by nano-coating a water-solubleβ-glucosamine fibrin, which is obtained by decomposing chitin/chitosan with lysozyme, subjecting to ultrasonic treatment in a salt solution and then subjecting to ion exchange treatment, withγ-globulin which is an immunoprotein, 0.01-75 wt.% of one or more seaweeds selected from among agar, jellyfish, Wakame seaweed, sea tangle, and an extract thereof, and 0.01-30 wt.% of one or more functional ingredients selected from amongγ-globulin, cholic acid, astaxanthin, rutin, lecitin, Inula helenium, cellulose, and collagen.
