PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene-based resin composition having a low gloss and low linear expansion coefficient without adding any rubber component having a high molecular weight and also with a minimum amount of added filler. SOLUTION: This polypropylene-based resin composition contains 5-100 mass% polypropylene component which is obtained by a continuous multi-step polymerization of a crystalline polypropylene having≥30 g/10 min and <200 g/10 min melt flow rate, an ethylene-propylene copolymer containing≥30 mass% and <70 mass% ethylene content and having≥2 dl/g and <4 dl/g intrinsic viscosity measured in tetralin at 135°C, and an ethylene-butene copolymer containing≥70 mass% and <80 mass% ethylene content and having≥2 dl/g and <3 dl/g intrinsic viscosity measured in tetralin at 135°C.
