PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acid cleaning agent composition containing sulfamic acid, useful for the cleaning of various food production apparatuses of beer plant, beverage plant, liquid food plant, etc., and stably keeping the sulfamic acid by suppressing the hydrolysis of the acid in aqueous solution. SOLUTION: The acid cleaning agent composition for cleaning a food production apparatus contains sulfamic acid and urea. The amount of urea is 0.5-4 mol, preferably 1.5-3.0 mol based on 1 mol of sulfamic acid. The sulfamic acid is stabilized by suppressing the hydrolysis of the acid in aqueous solution.
