PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition having an excellently-balanced combination of high-frequency heat generating properties, antistatic properties and hygroscopicity, and a laminate of the resin composition. SOLUTION: This resin composition having excellent high-frequency fusibility comprises 2-100 wt.% of an ionomer composition (A) comprising two or more kinds of potassium ionomers of ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymers wherein the unsaturated carboxylic acid contents of the base polymers are different, and 98-0 wt.% or less of a thermoplastic resin (B).
