PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible protective film preventing the adhesive layer from being separated from the substrate layer and left on the to-be-protected surface, thereby not only saving wiping off or cleaning the surface after peeling but also affording favorable adhesion retention in sticking again. SOLUTION: The flexible protective film is such that the adhesive layer is laminated and bonded on one side of the substrate layer, wherein the substrate layer consists of a flexible base and the adhesive layer comprises a carboxylic acid-modified thermoplastic elastomer and a crosslinking agent.
