PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table lifter capable of securing perfect stability as a lifter for a wheel chair for care by elevating a table in the horizontal condition without generating an inclination even if a load is placed on the table, being displaced from the center of the table. SOLUTION: In this table lifter 1, a base 2 and the table 3 are connected to each other by extension members 4, and the table 3 is raised by extending the extension members 4, and the table 3 is lowered by contracting the extension members 4. The extension member 4 is formed of a cylinder 5 to be housed in each of hollow cylinders 8 erected at three or more positions on the circumference of the table 3. These cylinders 5 are supported by the base 2 at a lower end thereof, and a piston rod 10 is connected to an upper part of the hollow cylinder 8, and the operating fluid is supplied and discharged through a synchronous cylinder 13.
