PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing box which prevents a deterioration in quality. SOLUTION: This packing box, wherein a single sheet is folded and assembled into a box shape, comprises bottom plate parts 3A-3D, a plurality of side plate parts 1A-1D, a lid plate part 2C which is continuously provided on the upper side of one 1C of the plate parts 1A-1D, a first insertion hole 9 like a slit, wherein a part P narrower than other parts is formed in a part, and a first insertion piece 13 which is provided in the plate 2C so as to be inserted into the insertion hole 9. The insertion piece 13 has a protrusion 17 which is to be precedently inserted into a part Q except the narrower part P of the insertion hole 9, when the insertion piece 13 is inserted into the insertion hole 9. Furthermore, the packing box comprises a second insertion hole 14 which is provided in the insertion piece 13, and a second insertion piece 11 which is to be inserted into the insertion hole 14.
