PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic conveyance type aseptic filling sealing apparatus which can reduce the oxygen concentration of a head space immediately after sealing while maintaining aseptic properties corresponding to the ordinary-temperature distribution of packaged foods, and which can omit a sterilization process for a container supporting member. SOLUTION: This aseptic filling sealing apparatus is equipped with: first aseptic chambers (M) which are arranged at prescribed intervals in the traveling direction of a cup (1) so as to movably house a cup support (2) for holding the cup (1); a gas replacing device for replacing the atmosphere in the aseptic chamber (M) with nitrogen gas; magnets (13) which are provided on the cup support (2); a conveyor chain (12) for driving the cup support, which is provided outside the aseptic chamber (M); magnets (24) which have reversed polarity with respect to the magnets (13) and which are mounted on the conveyor chain (12) at the prescribed intervals in the traveling direction of the conveyor chain (12) in such a manner as to correspond to the magnets (13) provided on the cup support (2); and a second aseptic chamber (N) which surrounds the conveyor chain (12) and the cup support (2) held by the conveyor chain (12) outside the aseptic chamber (M), and into which aseptic air is to be introduced.
