PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front body structure of an automobile that can increase the support rigidity of a suspension member by a supporting component of a suspension member while preventing an increase of the number of parts. SOLUTION: A torque box member 40 is placed between a front side frame 20 and a side sill 14 to connect the portion between the front side frame 20 and the side sill 14 and a support component 60 for a front suspension member is formed on the torque box member 40 integrally. Accordingly, it becomes possible to improve the support rigidity of the component 60, prevent the member 60 from being deformed in part due to an input from a front suspension member 70, and prevent a geometry change of the member 70, thereby improving the stability of steering of the automobile.
