PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dial controller for vehicle with a mechanical power transmission mechanism high in maneuverability at low cost. SOLUTION: A hollow operation shaft 30 connected by a connection section 40 of a dial 18 and a prism outline 34 is pivotably supported by a shaft supporting hole 64 of an operation shaft case 32. A pulley 66 is provided at an end opposite to the dial 18 of the hollow operation shaft 30, and two wires 68 are passed over the pulley 66 and attached thereto. The two wires 68 are drawn to the outside from a wire outlet provided at the operation shaft case 32 and a casing 14 to be connected to a drive pulley installed in a rotation control equipment not shown. A switch operation element 20 is inserted in a through hole at the center of the dial 18, and the forward end thereof is a switch operation shaft 28, which passes through a hollow section of the hollow operation shaft 30 to be connected to a movable section of an electrical switch main body 60.
