PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust device of a four-wheel drive vehicle to prevent a front propeller shaft from falling off by utilizing an existing exhaust pipe. SOLUTION: A right/left direction extension part 14 extending in the right-and-left direction is constituted on the exhaust pipe 10 so as to cross under a front propeller shaft 4 transmitting a driving force from a transfer to a front differential, and a crossing point where the front propeller shaft 4 and the right/left direction extension part 14 cross is set up so as to approach to the engine side connecting part 11 side of the exhaust pipe 10. When a connection part of the propeller shaft 4 and the front differential is disengaged, the front propeller shaft 4 can be supported with the right/left extension part 14 of the exhaust pipe 10, and the exhaust pipe 10 can decrease a load applied on an elastic member 20 having comparatively week strength interposed into a portion supported by a vehicle body 30.
